Image of hemp plants2/27/2020 – The USDA is delaying the requirement to only use DEA registered labs for hemp testing for the 2020 growing season. It is also delaying the requirement that licensed hemp farmers use a DEA-registered reverse distributor or law enforcement to dispose of hot plants.
